At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Nestled at the front of our property away from the main house, a quaint but modern cottage, set in a quiet semi rural area, very central, only 10 minutes from Hastings, Havelock North and Napier. Close to many great wineries and easy access onto the stop bank to one of many of Hawkes Bay's bike trails. Clive is small town with a few amenities including a local pub, Four Square, Chemist and a couple of eateries. All main supermarkets can be found either in Hastings or Napier.

Welcome to Cameron Cottage, tucked away on Napier Hill within a 5 minute walk to the city center which is abuzz with activity, cafes and entertainment. Separate from our family home you will have your own space to relax and unwind. Ensuite bathroom with french doors opening onto a lovely sunny courtyard. King bed and a single mattress can be provided if needed for a small child. The kitchenette contains microwave, bench top oven and refrigerator.

Minime

Self contained studio, separate from the main house, on street parking. Great garden to relax in with your favorite beverage or book. Less than a 10 minute walk into town, 2 minute drive to the city centre for cafes, supermarket, restaurants, information centre. Two streets away from the beach and National aquarium, so very close to walk / cycleways along the beach front. Wifi available buy can be weak. I do have 2 cats, Happy & Spinkle.

Jervois Cottage

To the rear of our family home is Jervois Cottage, a fully self-contained one bedroom unit, fully insulated, double glazed and heatpump. Toiletries, tea, coffee and towels are provided. Jervoistown is a quiet semi-rural neighborhood. 10 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings. 5 minutes drive to the Church Road and Mission Estate wineries. 15 minute walk to Greenmeadows supermarket and cafe. Smoking permitted outside only.
