Das Haus verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und eine Heizung. Außerdem ist für Herbst- und Wintertage ein Holz-Kaminofen zusätzlich vorhanden. Der Garten ist wunderschön. Zur barocken Altstadt von Nardò sind es zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten.
