La zona notte è immersa nel silenzioso centro storico, il resto della casa è prospiciente alla vivace Via Roma, comoda ai servizi e al parcheggio

Nach zwei Jahren Umbauzeit vermieten wir ab Frühjahr 2025 erstmals das ehemalige Haus meiner Großeltern, "Villa Greco". Es handelt sich um ein geräumiges Haus mit den traditionellen, hohen Decken "volte a stelle". Es ist ca. 98 qm groß. Alles wurde sehr modern renoviert. Das Haus verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und eine Heizung. Außerdem ist für Herbst- und Wintertage ein Holz-Kaminofen zusätzlich vorhanden. Der Garten ist wunderschön. Zur barocken Altstadt von Nardò sind es zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten.
