Very comfortably furnished , air conditioned and spacious. Enjoy the lovely deck with undercover seating and alfresco dining, providing the perfect indoor/outdoor setting. There is a level carport and undercover lower verandah.For cycling enthusiasts there is access to water for bicycle maintenance.

The lifestyle is relaxed and easy in this spacious home, across from the golden sands and abundant surf of Yabbarra Beach. After swimming, the hot outdoor shower is a joy. Enjoy a stroll or cycle along the coastal path to Narooma. 85kms of Narooma MTB trails are nearby. There are cafes, pubs and restaurants to try, plus local markets and more. Whale watching, fishing, golfing, 4X4 and boat trips to Montague Island are all on offer, along with a range of water sports on the nearby lakes.

The beach house is the ideal holiday destination to enjoy your seaside escape. With its sunny north-east aspect the beach house is positioned perfectly to take full advantage of the uninterrupted ocean views.
