Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

The University of Rhode Island is 4.1 mile drive away. There are more than 15 beaches to visit in southern RI. Your adventure starts here.

This apartment has everything you'll need for a peaceful stay. Enjoy complete privacy in the apartment, hang out on the shared screen porch or deck, or luxuriate in a hot outdoor shower. The apartment is a five minute walk to charming downtown Jamestown and a two minute drive to local beaches and state parks, an ideal location for a lovely getaway. The drive to Newport is a rather scenic 10 minute drive over the bridge. You may be tempted to stay in, as the open floor plan and thoughtful decorating make for a pleasant accommodation. The apartment includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchenette with a stove top (no oven), microwave, and mini-fridge.
