This modern Loft is located in front of the beach and offers stunning sea view from its private balcony. The interior (renovated in 2022) features contemporary design and allows for plenty of sun light. The Loft area is 45sqm and consists of a living room, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen with appliances, private bathroom and a bedroom area. The location allows easy access to the beautiful beaches of the area, as well as to a variety of restaurants and shops.

You wake up, the sun is rising behind mount Athos. You enjoy a cup of coffee, while the dolphins jump on the horizon. You walk to the beach and the only thing you can hear is the sea. You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games. Finally, you have a glass of wine, waiting for the moon to rise behind the hills.

This beautiful apartment on the first floor can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright and spacious flat is more or less 170 m away from the sea, while a gorgeous mountain view can be seen from the back. In just a few minutes you can reach the crystal blue beaches of Vourvourou or go for a hike in the green. A relaxing vacation is guaranteed!
