Secure off street car parking in an enclosed yard with a motorised gate. It has a kitchenette, and has one large bedroom with en-suite, and also a separate large lounge. Great audio and TV system. Private deck with amazing views. BBQ & laundry are available on request.

You can enjoy the landscaped gardens and barbecue area or take a walk around Monaco to the boat jetty or use the many nearby Nelson cycle trails.
