This homestay is for those who have time and want to enjoy a slow life, experience spacious living, and relax in the rooftop garden with a hot tub within walking distance of the beach. This 2BHK home is on the 1st floor and equipped with modern facilities. Each bedroom has attached private bathroom access. Bedroom 1 has a bathtub while Bedroom 2 has a a spacious shower area. Bedroom 2 has more storage capacity, a dedicated workspace and access to a balcony, accessible via the living room also.

Located on the ground floor of a newly renovated, 60-year old property, Dinar House is a warm, elder and differently-abled friendly house in the heart of Mandaveli. We are close to medical institutions like Apollo, Kauvery, Sparcc Institute and MGM Malar. Mylapore is a 5-minute walk away. Marina Beach is a 15-minute walk. The Airport is a 35-minute drive, Central & Egmore railway stations are 20-minutes away. The hosts stay at the property. Wheel-chair and walker are available on request.
