STRICT no pets or children 12 and under policy. We cannot accommodate boats and trailers. Go to YouTube & search “The Pink Palace on the Water - Walk Thru”. Quaint, peaceful, & sunny! A perfect romantic rendezvous spot! This cozy beach cottage is located on a canal with 30’ seawall. Perfect location & short walk to beach! All amenities oceanside: pool, clubhouse, gazebo, gym, billiard room, bathrooms/showers. Bath house located 4 doors down w/ extra showers, laundry room, & bathrooms.

Wide River View House in Nettles Island. Charming old Florida area. Incredible view of the River facing South. In the Community common areas, there are hot tubs, heated pools, miniature golf, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, private beach access. Exercise room. You can fish off the dock. I catch many types of fish here. After you contact me, and book, I will meet you to hand you the keys and get you through the guard gate and take you to the house.
