Relax and unwind whether it be soaking in the private hot tub with a glass of wine, or lounging on the porch with a cup of hot coffee while watching the tide go out, or around the firepit on a cool summer evening. The heritage cottage offers a seaside porch and garden with spectacular views of the Annapolis Basin. The cottage is within walking distance to the lighthouse, picnic and rocky beach area. Bicycles are available for guest use; sailboat and sea kayaks rentals are nearby.

Relax, tour the area, or ride the river and trails. Do you need a little getaway? a layover before going further east/west? Are you need a for a place for hunting season? Enjoy our cabin with kitchenette and bathroom, sat. & wifi. There is an outdoor space with lounge chairs, picnic table and BBQ. Relax by the river in aderondak chairs, watch the sunset and enjoy a fire in the riverside firepit or chiminea. One queen bed, dresser, fridge, micro, airfryer, keurig and condiments.

This is a very spacious and comfortable home. You get the country experience with still the luxury of being fifteen minutes from local shopping areas and thirty five minutes from the city of Fredericton. We have a nice large yard for your enjoyment. You will enjoy the peace and quiet while also enjoying nature. Also we live 30 mins from Crabbe Mountain and if you are a snowboarder/skier you will love this hill. We also have a swimming pool, to cool you off on those hot days.

You have your own private balcony, with amazing views. Tiny house feel, right on the ocean. Take a very short walk to Duck Pond beach and split rock. Beach stair access to be completed soon. There is even a studio on-site for a souvenir of your stay in NB, at the on-site Seawitch studio.
