This cozy cottage nestled in quiet Granville Beach is close enough to all amenities of Annapolis Royal, but tucked away into a serene property surrounded by greenery with a view of the river. This cottage comes with everything you need and more, a fully functional kitchen with stove/ oven, mini fridge, microwave and sink. A bathroom with toilet and shower and a comfy living space, just outside of the bedroom separated by a sliding door. This is the perfect place to have a house away from home.

Kick back and relax in this cozy space. The studio provides a chill experience on 4+ acres, with private stream access, a small park-like forest, bird watching, meditative spaces, and walking paths throughout the forest. Included: WiFi, coffee beans, tea, firewood, tv, outdoor gear such as snow shoes and fishing gear on request. The treehouse is located in the heart of NB 90 minutes from sight seeing in all directions including Hopewell Rocks, Magnetic Hill, and historical Saint John.

The loft has approx. 900 square feet of open space with a natural and comfortable atmosphere to relax or work. Well stocked kitchen, groomed nature trails to hike, ski or snow shoe. Dog-friendly Woodhaven is on the shore of Oak Bay between the St. Andrews and St. Stephen.
