Rustic Farm House Charm - Short Drive to Ft. Worth

My wife, Kelly, and I are proud to own (and co-host) this charming, spacious property that we just completely renovated in 2025. In the old grainhouse behind the old mill, “The Farm House Suite”, one of two separate suites (in a building similar to a duplex), has a big living room with nine foot ceilings, kitchen (with Toshiba countertop oven, fridge, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher) and a good sized bedroom. A person can sleep on the couch and two others on our queen auto inflate air mattress.

The Eagle House is a welcoming new-build that provides a modern, earthy, luxurious ambiance. The large private house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, private office, patio, and large outdoor grassy area. One mile from Eagle Mountain Lake, guests can enjoy tree-lined trails, tennis courts, boat docks, and waterfront picnic areas all easily accessible and free. Downtown Fort Worth, world-class museums, shopping, dining, and the historical Stockyards are just a little over a 30-minute drive away.

Take a stroll in our woods with your stay in a rustic vintage cabin we call a “Barndominium” Set on 5 wooded acres, enjoy your privacy at this tranquil spot. This is a great place for a retreat to enjoy a time of spiritual renewal, or just a break from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy a quiet getaway in the country! A great place to relax after an event at Texas Motor Speedway or a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Hear the roosters in the morning and see a beautiful sunset from the porch in the evening. There really is "No Place Like Rhome!" Meals available by request! 10.00 a plate. Most meals are made from scratch using high quality ingredients. Often it's home style cooking but not limited to smoked foods, mexican and more.

Our airstrip cabin is a wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Come watch airplanes perform fly-bys or enjoy the peacefully quiet starlit night. Our cabin features hangar space, making it an ideal space for any airplane enthusiast. Being only 15 minutes away from Decatur and 35 minutes from Fort Worth, visiting NRS, the Stockyards and/or NASCAR Race Track is easy. ***Hangar space limited. Must confirm before booking to ensure space.

Country Retreat!

Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Come to newly remodeled Ash Creek Cottage and enjoy the country lifestyle. Nestled in a pecan tree grove next to a seasonal Ash creek, come to relax, enjoy the outdoors, watch for deer, birds, and other sights and sounds of the country. This stylish tiny house is a 5-7 min. drive to downtown Ft. Worth and provides many comforts to guests. Enjoy all Cowtown has to offer with free parking, a fire pit and complementary s'more fixings. Dog friendly, this cozy house has a TV with wifi, fenced in shared back yard, walk in shower, board games and a washer/dryer, so that you can feel right at home. The neighborhood is lively, loud, and colorful, including locals riding horses!

This home is on 20 acres with neighboring lots being 300 acres, 21 acres, & 36 acres. Home is on peak which allows for awesome views for miles. The deer feeder allows for viewing of deer on some mornings and evenings. The pond will be fully filled and stocked soon. Groomed walking trail allows access to to the 20 acres. Cornhole & grill available. Owners are on neighboring 21 acre lot & always available if needed.

Clover House, Entire Home, Pool, Game Room

Whether staying alone or with the whole family, this is a great place to stay, offering plenty of room for fun or simply relaxing by the pool. Clover House is 5 minutes from NRS, Wise Health System, downtown Decatur, and the Decatur Conference Center, and 14 miles from Eagles Canyon Raceway. If you're here for one of the area's fine events or just need a relaxing break, Clover House will meet your needs.
