Little Trout is the annex to a 17th century thatched cottage. A one-bedroom flat with fully equipped kitchen, large shower and comfortable sitting room, it is perfect for a trip to West Hampshire and the Test Valley. You will find an oasis of calm in a busy world where you can relax in comfort after an active day visiting the many sites of historic interest or admiring our beautiful local scenery. Almost all our guests have told us that the bed is the most comfortable they have ever slept in!

Flat 2 Brockenhurst Apartments is a warm, comfortable 2nd floor apartment. It has a double bedroom, sitting room with TV and bluetooth speaker, bathroom with bath and separate shower, and kitchen/diner with oven, hob, under-counter fridge, microwave and dishwasher. It is within 10 minute walk of the railway station, and on the doorstep of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. There is a bakery next door, cafe, butcher and veg shop opposite. You can easily walk from here to the beautiful Forest.

Newly refurbished spacious ground floor apartment in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive or on the street outside the building. A perfect stay in the heart of this charming, nautical town. Because of its location, there will be street noise from traffic during the day. Parking is limited in the centre of Lymington but we offer a parking clock which enables free parking in the three public car parks nearby.

Cliff Top studio is our bright and airy ground floor apartment, it has a fully fitted kitchen, en suite shower room, King size Bed, Sofa, enclosed courtyard garden, onsite parking, it is within 200yards of the Cliff Top at Barton on Sea, where there are uninterrupted views of the Needles, Isle of Wight, Christchurch Harbour, Hengistbury Head and the Purbecks beyond that.

Cosy Hot Tub Haven - Studio

A fully self-contained studio apartment which is fully furnished and tastefully decorated. It has direct access to a large beautiful garden with use of our Hot Tub. The outside space has lots of seating, large patio. deck. lawn area and a large EarthSpa Hot-Tub all of which is shared with us. Please make yourselves at home and love it as much we do.

A 'Grand Designs' style self-contained studio in Bath with its own parking, EV charger, private entrance and outdoor balcony space. The studio is a pleasant stroll from the city centre and situated on the edge of National Trust countryside. We provide complimentary continental breakfast provisions so our guests can enjoy their breakfast in bed!

The Annex

The Annex is adjoining our main house, you have your own entrance and parking space. There is a fully equipped Kitchen and open plan sitting room downstairs, upstairs there is an en-suite bedroom. The Annex is spacious and bright and has a very relaxed feel.
