It has rustic charm with country modern facilities and is situated in a peaceful rural lane which leads directly onto the forest. It is very near to the coast and the bustling Georgian market town of Lymington where you can also find the Isle of Wight ferry terminal ( 30 mins crossing ) or charter a yacht and sail yourself. Otherwise enjoy a ramble from your door across the forest but watch out for donkeys !

There’s plenty of free street parking and more often than not, you can get the street space directly outside of the property. Originally the out building of our grade 2 listed cottage, this little studio boasts a Hot tub in the courtyard, overlooked by mature trees & lit by festoon lights. A calming, chic interior, with everything you need to start your break. A fully equipped kitchenette, and enticingly comfy double bed, and timeless music playing through the Roberts radio. A contemporary shower room, complete with toiletries.

The perfectly designed place for your country break, a pit stop en route to Cornwall or a place to flop for a country wedding. Relax by the wood burner or have a deep soak in the bath in winter, and enjoy the gardens and sun soaked terrace in the summer. Our thoughtfully designed interiors will make you feel welcome from the moment you park up outside. The guest house is privately located in our gated drive overlooking the gardens. A local pub in the village too!

The Stables is a wonderful getaway located in the beautiful village of Burley in the New Forest, next to our family home. It offers a spacious and light open plan living and kitchen area, log burning stove, 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, boot room and outside patio area. With direct access on to the open forest right outside the gate, you really are spoilt for choice of beautiful walking trails, cycle routes and bridleways to enjoy the breathtaking National Park.

The Onion Loft is located on the outskirts of Lymington, in the New Forest National Park. This beautiful scandi style small home is the perfect retreat for couples and families. A five minute drive to the center of Lymington or the picturesque New Forest and ten minutes away from the coastal village of Milford on Sea.
