IF YOUR DOG IS JOINING YOU, please provide advanced notice, a $25/night pet fee for the first 4 nights (max$100), that rabies vaccination records be provided at check in, and that your dog have access to a crate for times that you must leave him/her behind! It's minutes from the highway and a 4 minute, complimentary shuttle to the Ski area. Guests have access to the jacuzzi, game room, indoor/ outdoor pools, and laundry. It also sits directly on The Pemigewasset River, the best swimming hole in the back yard! The town's best restaurants are within walking distance. You will have your own separate parking/entrance, but are welcome to enjoy our cozy fire pit, stylish treehouse, and backyard access to the network of snowmobile trails.

This private unit has plenty of space to stretch out. Located on the second floor, this newly renovated unit is the first of 8 units of a historic building being fully renovated back to life. Nice touches like a restored cast iron sink are complimented by high efficiency heat and a/c. With a view overlooking the town square and also close to a grocery store, pizza shop, bank, and post office. Close to skiing, hiking, biking, and many destinations here in the White Mountains.

WiFi, cable. 1 mile to Jackson cross country trails and close to the village of Jackson. Non smoking. The space is 500 square feet. There is a two night minimum stay. Pet friendly. Starting in 2025, we will allow 1 dog without charge. You will be charged $40/stay for a second dog. Please supply information on breed and size.

Even though the main home is occupied, you may never see the occupants during your stay. You have a private drive, a private parking space, a private entrance. The home owners use the front doors and very seldom go into the back yard so it's almost like you're there alone.
