It's a shipping container! A cozy, actually luxurious 1-bedroom home with a hand-made walnut counter-top and plants everywhere, bringing a bit of nature indoors. A reverse osmosis drinking water system, 55-inch television, full-size refrigerator, full-size bed with Tuft-and-Needle mattress. There are outdoor cats that visit, Grey Cat lives in the forest in the front yard and cat food is available. The neighbor might ask you for a dollar, don't do it! This place to stay is truly one of a kind.

Wilmington Beach Bungalow- Near Beach with Pool

Imagine waking up to the soothing ocean breeze in our charming, newly renovated cottage. Just a short, sunlit stroll from your doorstep lies the white sands of Kure Beach, with the iconic pier, cozy restaurants, and a vibrant arcade beckoning for an unforgettable seaside adventure. Cottages come fully prepared for guests, stocked with sheets, blankets, towels (not beach towels), fully stocked kitchens, and bath toiletry sets. Small dogs are allowed with pre-approval and $100 pet fee per dog.

The Solshack is a charming 2BD/ 1 BA coastal cottage 1.7 miles from Wrightsville Beach, UNCW and downtown Wilmington are also a quick drive. Cottage shares lush and private 1.5 acres with 2 other homes and has plenty of outdoor space and a deck for relaxing or bbq’ing. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. Sleeps 4 and the bathroom is accessed through a bedroom. Whether you’re vacationing or working in the area, this is a prime location and a soulful little retreat.

PARTY POLICY: The Zen ! is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood and no parties of any kind are permitted. Violations of our house rules such as excessive noise, smoking inside, or extra guests will lead to a fine of $250, cancellation of your reservation, and your immediate removal from the property. Large covered back patio with plenty of space to relax, grill, and eat. Reliable high speed internet makes this a great place to stay connected with work.

ILM King Bed, Near Beach’s, downtown and events

This studio guest house has a private entrance with pond and pool view from the room. The cover photo is one of Wilmingtons sunrise at the beach. This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 pull out sofa couch. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker and cups for the morning cup of joe.

Private Tiny Home in the Woods!

This is a small cabin at the back of our property that has good privacy from the main house. It's a cozy space, but with a King size bed and a loft it easily accommodates 3 people! Very close to the beach. Dogs are welcome (sorry, no cats), please add as a "pet" to your reservation. The fee is $30 per stay. Dogs must be crated if left alone. We have one available if required.
