Charming guest house with many designer elements in a park like setting. Drenched with lots of natural light (5 skylights!) and filled with all the things you need! Only minutes from downtown Princeton! This is part of a lovely estate that dates back to the 1700s. We live in the main building and are here to help if you need us! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish and tech enabled cottage. Enjoy the fully fenced in yard and close proximity to Cape May’s best breweries and wineries! Your dogs will love the yard, stocked toys and designated pot filler for their water bowl. The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

A tastefully decorated detached back house studio apartment in a private fenced in yard only 2 blocks from the beach! Perfect for a couple or 2.. Enjoy the outdoors and the fresh ocean air by sitting in the nice furniture patio set, by the tiki bar or next to the firepit. Gather around tables inside or out with plenty of seating. Studio is set with great amenities starting with the huge 82 inch smart 4K TV with surround sound, WiFi, and Amazon Dot. Stocked kitchen w/ stainless appliances!

We are currently rearranging the living room/ kitchen throughout May and will update the pro photos by mid June. We are implementing recommendations from our repeat/long term guests 1. Reduce the sofa-TV distance. 2. Face Sofa to the TV. 3. Make TV viewable from the Kitchen. 4. Improve Sofa location to ACs and Heat. 5. Reduce Energy Bill without sacrificing Comfort. This is a great house but its a challenge to alter the layout. Please accept of apologies for any inconveniences.
