Gated community about 12 meters off the beach. The waves will not roll over your feet as you step through the door. You are able to hear the peaceful rolling of the waves from your room. There is a large lawn at your door with a pair of chairs for relaxation. Guests have also picnicked and sun bathe here. Self contained room with kitchenette and hot tub. Air conditioning available. The property is 12 mins from airport in Kingston. Pick up from airport is available at an extra cost of $25
