We offer you a private, warm, small quiet space neatly contained on the ground floor of our family home. Our quiet street sits right above the ocean where you can hear the lapping waves of the Tasman sea from your private courtyard, and have unlimited views out to the horizon. You'll want a camera for the sunsets. The entrance to the room is separate from the entrance to our house, so one has complete privacy. We offer modern bicycles for guest use at the cost of $20 per day, per bike.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The studio is separate, fully fenced, lovely and private. It includes a relaxing little Zen garden area. The TV has all of the subscriptions. The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee pods, kettle & fridge. The stunning Oakura surf beach and Black Sand Pizzeria is just a 15 minute walk away, the cute little Oakura village, cafes and restaurants, a 12 minute walk away, and the Kaitake Ranges a 15 minute walk.

The House of ART offers a place to enjoy Art, Rest and Travel away from home and continental breakfast supplied to start your day. Located in a newly built subdivision just 5 minutes drive from New Plymouth Airport, and 10 minutes to the city centre. An enjoyable spot to relax and enjoy views down to the sea. Our guests are able to take the opportunity to slow down and relax in their own private patio, where they are free to enjoy a nice beverage at the end of the day.
