Please come enjoy our charming air-conditioned walk-out basement apartment on beautiful Block Island. The entire space is yours, with a private entrance and private bath. The kids bunk room sleeps 4-6 with plenty of space to play. The primary bedroom on the 2nd floor has a king bed and private deck. The second bedroom on the 1st floor has a queen bed walk out to deck. The Appleyard is a shared house with 3 separate private guestrooms in front and cottage in back. No pets please.

Spar Point Farm on Block Island is a 6-acre working family farm including a vineyard, orchard, apiary, gardens, and greenhouse. Four bedrooms, 2 full baths, detached bunkhouse with 3 bunkbeds. Fabulous patio & porches with a backyard that keeps guests coming back. Perfect house for a family or two. Full week rentals only June-August, Friday to Friday. Off season weekends have a 3-day minimum stay. Calendar opens October 1.
