The cabin has many different rooms, nooks and crannies that you can enjoy, all with a view of the woods and the Delaware River. Outdoor hot tub for perfect winter starry nights and a hammock for naps in shaded summer days. You will enjoy the sounds of nature all day and night. The cabin is extremely well ventilated, bright and sunny. It’s cozy and very warm in the winter. You will enjoy a good quality gas fireplace and perfect heating in every room. Floors have radiant heating. Robust showers with great water pressure and a deep soaking bathtub for a luxurious and relaxing you-time. Bedrooms are fitted with high-end designer beds and mattresses and high quality all-cotton linens. Kitchen is equipped with all utensils, pots and pans and everything you need to make meals and stay in. We provide you with a Nespresso machine (BRING YOUR OWN CAPSULES) We hope you enjoy your stay in our cabin! We are just a text away should you need anything. This room is located on the lower level walk out of my home and private bathroom. This is 1 of 3 rooms I offer. I live and work from my home. I have a Golden Retriever - Greta is 4. No kitchen access. However, a 3 course Nordic breakfast is served at 9am with your stay. The home has multiple spaces both in and out for use. Please bring slippers or socks to wear inside my home. Highly recommend a car. Uber is expensive. Please check in prior to 9pm. Prefer 5 star guests and sorry no children.

There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.

Room with an attached bathroom and private entrance. Enjoy the porch, garden, honey bees, the old farm & fields, situated on the Valatie Kill in a quaint hamlet. The AH Bike Trail is just around the corner. If you come by bike, we can safely store the bike in the garage opposite the barn. Larkin Hill, Kinderhook Creek & Hunt Club are close. Schodack Island state park is 15 min. Van Buren house is 15 also. It is a wonderful spot to get some real fresh air.
