There is plenty of light from the velux windows and the glass wall to wall folding door. The living area has a sofa, Smart TV, fast wifi and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a modern shower room adjoining the bedroom with 1 double bed. Onto the patio are panoramic view over the valley, the viaduct and Whitby Abbey. We can accommodate 1 dog or 2 small dogs

Cleveden Cottage is a cosy and peaceful detached cottage, and the oldest in the village of Newholm. Situated in this quiet village on the outskirts of Whitby and one mile from the beautiful beach at Sandsend, accessible on foot (20 mins) or by car ( 5 mins). Two spacious double bedrooms plus cute toddler room, with sun-trap garden, bbq, fully equipped kitchen, open fire, WiFi, smart TV, it is the perfect base to explore Whitby and the surrounding area. Short stays and weekend stays welcome.

Sleights is a gem of a village on the outskirts of Whitby and at the foothills of the Moors. You will stay in a beautiful airy converted self contained studio which has its own entrance and is part of a large Victorian Villa (there are steps leading down into the garden - may not be suitable for those with limited mobility). Guests will enjoy the privacy of the Hideaway with their own outside area. They can relax on the luxury Simba mattress that promises a good nights rest after a busy day.

Townsend cottage is a luxurious barn conversion only 5 minutes drive from Whitby town centre. Rural and sea views. Indulge in the scenery and watch the local wildlife from the lounge window. Private parking. Enjoy the history of this barn - named after Flight Lieutenant Peter Townsend who shot the first German plane in WW11 to land on English soil.
