Plenty of amenities close by with lovely village pub, village shop and church all within a few minutes walk. NOTE Cosy Christmas cabin available from the 1st December, decorated for the festive period. We can take booking beyond 3 months on request.

Located on the edge of our village, which boasts two excellent pubs and an award winning village store, we are tucked away from passers by and traffic. The covered porch is perfect for al fresco breakfasts as the sun comes up, or rain patters down! Birds and wildlife abound. Village amenities are accessed via a private gateway onto a public footpath.

Entire guest house studio - West Sussex

Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

Choose from a variety of nearby pubs & restaurants where you can enjoy liquid refreshment, lunch or an evening meal (3 of which are within walking distance). Take time out to relax in the free standing bath before, or after, a peaceful and comfortable sleep. Wake to a complimentary continental breakfast basket delivered to your door & make the most of a late morning check out.

Rural self contained cabin retreat

Poplar Farm Cabin is located within the South Downs National Park, in the grounds of the owner's property at Poplar Farm. The cabin provides a eco-friendly, cosy, self contained retreat in the hamlet of Toat, West Sussex. It is a 10 minute walk to the River Arun, the Wey and Arun Canal. Stunning views over the farm, and it's horses, cows, sheep and free range chickens. The cabin has: free fast wifi access suitable for remote working, private parking, footpath/bridleway from our entrance.

Our hideaway offers the perfect getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet, take in the amazing view and relax surrounded by ancient woodland, only 50 miles from London. "Watching the birds fly overhead, from the comfort of a relaxing bed. Watching the trees in the winds sway, all my worries seem faraway. The Pump House - a walkers' retreat

The Pump House has immediate access to footpaths and bridleways with views of the surrounding countryside, ideal for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers wishing to explore the Sussex countryside. One mile from the pretty village of West Chiltington with its church, pub and stores and a short distance from the South Downs. Places to visit include Arundel, RSPB Pulborough Brooks, Parham House, 'Glorious' Goodwood , vineyard tours/wine tasting and the rewilding at Knepp Castle.

Bright and spacious ground floor double bedroom, beautifully decorated with en-suite shower room & private access leading onto the patio & secluded shared family garden. Part of a converted Victorian School which is now a family home. Tea and coffee making facilities provided, kettle, toaster and fridge. The house is a 5 minute walk into Billingshurst, a pretty village at the heart of beautiful West Sussex, with great pubs, cafes, supermarket and shops.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.

Walthurst Studio is located in the tranquil gardens of our family home on a Private Estate, with far reaching views to the Downs. A walkers/cyclist dream location. We have lovingly refurbished the studio to create a luxurious space which we welcome you to enjoy. We are close to the lovely town of Petworth and a few miles from Billingshurst station, on the edge of the South Downs National park. Goodwood & Cowdray only a short drive away."

The Shorts Farm studio located in the gorgeous Nutbourne Conservation Area in the heart of the Sussex and just a couple of minutes walk from our fantastic Rising Sun village pub. Walking distance from three of our local vineyards. It is quiet and self contained and perfect place to base yourself when visiting the area.
