Big Oak Cabin is a split-level, 2 bedroom, 2 bath house, with 2 separate living rooms. Situated on 5 acres high in the Ozarks, the house is much larger than it looks from the picture, with a large front porch and west-facing rear deck overlooking a pond and splendid sunsets. Only a few miles from the Buffalo River and hiking trails, half a mile from Cliff House Restaurant and five miles south of the quaint town of Jasper. Conveniently located on Hwy 7, Big Oak is a place of quiet Ozark peace.

Charming country home, filled with light and comfort, located on the banks of the Little Buffalo River (near Jasper ARK). Mountains, forest, and two waterways combine with natural landscaping to create a peaceful, natural setting! Located near the Ozark National Forest and the Buffalo National River. Please note that there IS a low- water concrete slab crossing to get to Creek's End! Occasionally impassable when we get heavy rain. We cannot guarantee flowing river during very dry summers.

With a queen bed upstairs, a queen memory foam pull-out couch, and a queen size Cordaroy convertible bag-chair (only big enough for two small children) there is plenty of room for everyone. This is our second cabin here at Bluff Point in addition to our home. You will have a peaceful, private, secluded feel with nice scenery and plenty of places to explore if you wish. We are thrilled with how this cabin turned out. We love this place and confident you will too. 4x4 or all wheel drive is best.
