Netherthird was fully renovated in 2020 and has been lovingly furnished to ensure a truly comfortable and welcome family retreat. There is an amazing barbecue hut, with charcoal barbecue and ample seating, perfect for enjoying with friends and a glass or two of wine. Situated within the vegetable garden five feet up. Unfortunately, not suitable for disabled access. There is a tree coming up through the balcony which gets full sun in the morning for breakfast alfresco. Living area is small and quirky but with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Outside there is a BBQ, a wood fired whiskey barrel hot tub and enough coals and logs provided for one night. The garden is secure and dog friendly. Private entry and parking.

Brigston Cottage is one of the oldest in the hamlet. It is centrally located in the heart of Dumfries and Galloway Ideal for exploring the whole area.This is a non pet property.
