The 2 bedroom unit has its own entrance, all on one level with parking right outside. It features a Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower and separate toilet. An open plan living area gives you plenty of space to relax, read books, watch the tv or admire the native bush view. This opens out onto your own private patio complete with outdoor dining area + BBQ. Guests can access a private beach, + waiparore vineyard down a field and along a bush track. Stunning views of the estuary out the front and mountain ranges out the back with the added bonus of river access from the spacious back yard. Only a minutes walk to the local cafe, dairy, takeaways or the Estuary Bistro restaurant at the sports complex.
