Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

In onze verbouwde garage waan je je in een tinyhouse van alle gemakken voorzien. De ruime keuken heeft diverse apparatuur. Op de begane grond staat een heerlijke ( slaap) bank. Lees de beschrijving goed: Op de vide bevind zich een tweepersoonsbed (140×200). Let op! De vide is zeer laag en niet geschikt voor minder mobiele personen! voor 1 tot 3/4 personen ( 2 volw.2kds) 4 volwassenen is het te klein voor maar is mogelijk indien je elkaar goed kent. beneden 17m2 vide 9m2. Klein maar fijn 💐

Verscholen in de bossen van Soestduinen, op het Landgoed de Paltz, ligt de Cottage op de Paltzerhoeve. The Cottage is een sfeervol ingerichte vakantiewoning in landelijke stijl. Hier kun je genieten van de bosrijke omgeving en de idyllische, rustige sfeer op het landgoed. De aanwezigheid van de paarden op het terrein, draagt bij aan de landelijke sfeer. Achter ons huis staat De Schuur, een romantisch, sfeervol en uniek gastenverblijf, voorzien van alle gemakken zodat je heerlijk tot rust kunt komen en je je geniet modus aan kunt zetten. Geniet lekker van de jacuzzi en sauna op de veranda. Er is een gas bbq aanwezig en een heerlijke buitenhaard. ( BBQ en buitenhaard tegen betaling ) De bakker met verse broodjes is op loopafstand. Kasteel Sypesteyn ligt aan de overkant van de weg. Amsterdam en Utrecht +/-20 min.

This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Group Accommodation

The accommodation is built with many natural and authentic building materials, giving each space its own unique character. It consists of three apartments and the Hooiberg. The Hooiberg houses the communal area and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It's ideal for families or groups who enjoy spending time together and dining together, but also value privacy. The train station is a 10-12-minute walk away (1 km).

Dit kleine huisje is voor mensen die houden van natuur en het landelijk gebied. Leuk voor koppels en voor gezinnen met kinderen van 6-12 jaar. Ideale startplaats om te zwemmen, wandelen, fietsen en een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen met een boekje, bij Thermen Maarssen of te genieten van mooie luchten. Bezoek Utrecht, ga lekker uit eten of kook zelf.
