We are a hip boutique hostel in Shinsekai within walking distance of Tsutenkaku Tower, a famous symbol of Osaka. Travel around Osaka is easy as we are located within walking distance of three stations (JR Line, Midosuji and Sakaisuji subway lines). We are also within walking distance of central areas such as Namba. Around our hostel there are many cheap, local restaurants, as well as super markets and shops. The hostel features a shared living area containing a loft with cafe and a records shop. The cafe, located on the first floor serves in-house roasted coffee and some meals. You can play any records you would like to listen to! At the cafe, we sometimes have live music events and food parties so there are many chances to meet local Osaka people. We invite you to relax in our building, enjoy a friendly, fun and intimate atmosphere, surf our top-of-the-range internet(Wi-Fi) and make yourself at home!

Directly connected to metro Ebisucho Station Exit 1-B, Namba Guesthouse HIVE offers rooms with free WiFi, conveniently set a 6-minute walk from Tsutenkaku. Speaking both English and Japanese, staff at the reception can help you plan your stay. Due to the revision of the Osaka City Accommodation Tax, starting from September 1, 2025, an accommodation tax will be collected separately. U-EN is located only one stop from Osaka station and Umeda station, fully renovated a large townhouse that used to be a traditional Japanese restaurant built as a sake brewery and its family main house more than 110 years ago. Feel free to stay with us and enjoy the atmosphere of the original building, which is rare in the center of the city. The hotel has a self-roasting Coffee & Spice Curry food on the first floor, which is open early in the morning. The cafe is busy with guests and locals.
