This listing is for an entire home with a back yard apartment. The Rock House is newly renovated and located in the town of Zwolle in Sabine Parish. It is a great location to stay and experience Toledo Bend. Fishermen, hunters and groups working from out of town are welcome. It’s also a perfect place to stay while visiting family and friends for the holidays enjoying the Tamale Fiesta in October, or just getting away for the weekend. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils. The laundry room is also accessible. This listing is attached to my house but we are quiet neighbors!

Black top roads leading to cabin. 2 Boat launches less then a quarter mile away. Less than 20 min away from Cypress Bend Park.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is located 12 miles from Toledo Bend Reservoir. The lake has an area of 185,000 acres and is known for its large mouth bass fishing. The cottage is on 42 acres and there is plenty of space for your bass boat .Recently we added rv electric and water hook up. We also have a historic building on-site that was once a drug store and is now being used to make outdoor pillows, aprons, and more.
