Ægte feriehygge. 200 m til børnevenlig strand. Vandet er perfekt til fiskeri af bl.a. ørred og makrel. prisen er ekskl. linned, klude, viskestykker, håndklæder. Hyggeligt fritliggende gæstehus beliggende på Helnæs, lille halvø på Sydvestfyn nær Assens. Gæstehuset ligger 300 m fra Helnæs Bugten med skov og strand. Perfekt sted til vandreture på Helnæs Made. Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Vores nybyggede gårdlænge rummer to ens ferielejligheder. Hver lejlighed har en lille køkkenafdeling, bad med bruser, to senge, spiseplads og hyggehjørne. Der er tv og wifi. Mulighed for leje af babycampingseng eller ekstra gæsteseng til børn. Hver lejlighed har egen terrasse med aftensol og møbler. Gården ligger i skønne landlige omgivelser ned til Alssund med egen skov og sandstrand samt øens bedste fiskevand. Beliggenhed 7 km fra Sønderborg centrum og kun 1,5 km til lufthavnen.

You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. At bo i vores 75 kvadratmeter store ferielejlighed giver vores gæster en helt særlig fornemmelse af ferie. Når man åbner døre og vinduer, strømmer lydene ind fra skovens, havens og havets fugle. En duft af frisk havluft møder ens næsebor. Også lyset oplever vores gæster, som noget helt særligt. Specielt når aftensolen sender sine stråler ned på de omkringliggende øer, må man knibe sig i armen for at sikre sig, at man ikke drømmer.

Cossy, authentic, non smok summer house with a huge terrace and great ocean view. The house has a nice, light and open kitchen / living room area, bathroom with a shower, 2 rooms with beds for 2 and 3 people. In addition 2 people can sleep in the living room on a comfortable pull out couch. A cosy automatic stove that heats the house even in the cold periods. The key box ensures easy and flexible check in and -outs.
