With forrest behind, and meadow beside, this is as close to nature you can get and still be near bus stop and food store, 1 & 10 min walks. Yes, you can see the northen ligths, but thats mostly up to weather and luck anyway. In winter, elks may be eating from garden trees, mostly at dusk or dawn. Two extra beds can be supplied, six persons can comfortably live in this large house. This is a home, not a hotel. Please leave it as you found it, clean. Please read the extra house rules first!

Rymligt hus med tre sovrum beläget på Näsbyn i Kalix, ca 2 km från centrala Kalix. I direkt närhet till butik, restaurang, sport- och simhall, gym, skolor och Kalix sjukhus. Huset består av tre sovrum med totalt fyra sovplatser, ett rymligt kök och vardagsrum, badrum samt bastu och relaxavdelning. Tvätt- och diskmaskin finns. Spjälsäng finns. Uteplats och parkering i direkt anslutning till huset. Uthyres för längre eller kortare perioder. Vid längre hyresperiod, vänligen kontakta hyresvärd.

Ausserdem ist das Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen. Fernab vom Massentourismus kann man hier die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Arctic Ranch bietet diverse Feuerstellen und viel Platz für Outdoor-Spiele. Möchte man Aktivitäten buchen, geben wir euch gerne unsere Partner an für Husky-Touren, Rentier- Ausflug, Snowmobile etc.

Peaceful place just outside Luleå City.

Environmentally friendly accommodation! Sunpanels on roof. We offer you a sauna, some gym equipment and nearby there's also a lake with a fireplace. You can go fishing or borrow our small boat. You will have your own house complete with shower, toilet and a small kitchen. Our house is 30 minutes away from Luleå (with car) but there are buses several times a day. Pets of all kind are NOT allowed! Due to allergic problems. Also perfect for winter, the house is fully insulated.

Welcome to a peaceful holiday guest house right by the sea, about 40 minutes by car southwest of Luleå. Modern but still cozy, it is surrounded by nature and rich wildlife. The smaller terrace has a café table and two chairs. You can access your own toilet and shower via the terrace. Best reached by car as there is no public transportation offered to this area. Parking available free of charge.
