Bright, homely flat overlooking Rothesay Bay !

The flat is situated across the road from the beach (about 30 secs walk) We are on the edge of the town, about 2 mins walk from the main supermarket and about 3 mins walk from the main shopping street of the town. There is free parking at the back of the building and free parking at the front too. We are situated about 7/8 minutes walk from the main ferry pier and you can watch the ferry coming in from the front windows. All in all it's a very warm, comfortable flat and we are very pet friendly.

This beautiful two bedroom flat has some of the best views, looking over to Arran, Cumbrae, Wee Cumbrae and over to Bute and Argyll. The property has one en-suite shower room and a very large spacious bathroom with overhead shower. The kitchen, living room is open planned which just opens up the space and lets you enjoy the amazing views. This is a perfect getaway flat with 5 mins into town and the ferry over to Millport. With only 100 yards to the beach it really is in the perfect location.

Leac Na Sith, a cottage on the beach

Our cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends who want a peaceful base to explore glorious Argyll. This is a truly magical place, with incredible sea views, and a large garden that leads straight on to the shore. It's also a great base for exploring the Isle of Bute, the "Secret Argyll Coast", and the Arrochar Alps. After a big day out, you can come back and relax in front of the log burner. Leac Na Sith means "Hearthstone of Tranquility"... it could not be a more appropriate name.

Less than 3 minutes walk are shops, takeaways and also a castle. ASDA and various restaurants are 15 minutes from the property.

Within a 5 -10 min walk you will find the Arran ferry terminal, Ardrossan Marina, Ardrossan Castle, Restaurants, bars and an Asda supermarket. Cottage is just of the main A78 between Seamill and Largs. Seamill Hydro Hotel,Waterside Hotel,Arran Ferry, Largs Marina, Millport Ferry and Kelburn Country Park are all close by as is West Kilbride Golf course.Burns Country and Culzean Castle approx an hour away.Glasgow city centre 40mins on the train. Bus stop is across the road and Train station is approx a mile away.
