Relax in the sauna after an adventurous day out on the lake. Maybe you will be lucky enough to see deer, moose or the otters

This picturesque cottage is located directly on the Lavase river and is a 2km boat ride to Lake Nipissing. Start each perfect morning with your favourite warm beverage in your own private deck. Situated just 20 minutes south of North Bay, this small, basic, and old-fashioned retreat is perfect for couples, families, and fishing enthusiasts seeking a classic Northern Ontario getaway. The cabin comes equipped with all the basic amenities you’ll need, including two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and a bathroom with a stall shower. You’ll have your own private yard, a lovely fire pit for evening gatherings, and a private dock.

This unique place has a style all its own. An upside-down architect-designed cabin in the woods; the bedroom and full bathroom are on the 1st floor and the kitchen and living area are on the 2nd, and in between is a 14ft high bumped-out daybed area for lounging. Tastefully and richly decorated with all the mod-cons, and plenty of windows for natural light. There’s a wood-burning stove in bedroom. It’s very private, on 100 acres, with shared trails thru out. Monett Bay on Bay Lake in Ontario is a 2.8 acre, semi-private bay with 344 ft. water frontage, and a seasonal stream running through the entire property. You'll be welcomed by the long private driveway, surrounded by forest, leading to our renovated cabin with all the amenities for a memorable vacation stay. Stroll down the path to the dock with loungers and all day sun! Swim beside the dock in the clean, shallow, sandy entry where you can float or fish the day away.
