Spacious and Lovely One Bedroom

The historical brown stone building was beautifully renovated a few years ago. The ceiling is high up and the room is spacious that you feel great. The mattress is one of the most comfortable ones that you can sleep like a sleeping beauty. You feel refresh in this pleasant place after the touring or working in the busy city. I hope my guest(s) feel like home in my place. I am present in the home with my guest(s) and I am ready to help with questions about NYC; transportation and museums etc.

Enjoy your stay in this classic 1896 New York City brownstone, iconic of the era in which it was built. Abundant natural light fills both ends of the apartment, offering views of the nearby park. The renovated space is spacious and features modern appliances and hardwood floors throughout. The guest bedroom is roomy and overlooks the garden below. Located on a beautiful tree-lined street, it’s just a short walk to the subway through the vibrant, residential neighborhood of Washington Heights.

Close to LGA Airport and many Bus routes at the corner and few block away form Train Station.

This is a quaint private room in Queens Astoria. The common spaces are small & shared. This is a safe affordable space for tourists & is meant simply to drop off your things, explore the city and lay your head at night. It is not meant for hanging out, partiers or locals. *The apartment is located 10 minutes from the subway and 1 block from the bus. Bodegas, laundry, liquor stores, restaurants and bars are close by. Perhaps the best part about this home is the proximity to Astoria Park.

Second floor large bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. House is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. King size bed and the room has a large closet to hang things in. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance and also not for Saturday nights.

This is a very cozy studio in the heart of Astoria. If you haven't visited Astoria before, the local avenues are just around the corner! Subway (M or R) just 2 blocks away. The unit shared with me offers a cozy stay, the bed pulls out of the wall, so you can have the open space if you need. Heated floor for even a cozier stay. I will also be present in the unit during the guests’ stay!
