Our cosy, dog friendly self catering annexe sleeps 2 with everything you need for a short rural stay. The one room, with ensuite shower room, has a double bed, kitchenette with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, table, seating area with TV, Netflix, Alexa and free wifi. The annexe is nestled between our house and another holiday let at start of the infamous 'Hell Lane' where Julia Bradbury filmed her memorable walk to Symondsbury along the holloways in her 'Walks with a View' programme.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

A spacious entire self contained loft with open beams and wooden floors, overlooking a mature orchard. There is seating in the orchard for guests to enjoy on a beautiful summers evening. The Garden Studio is situated at the top of our garden and nestles on the side of Hardown Hill (National Trust). It boasts spectacular views over the Marshwood Vale. Great for countryside walks around the vale and along the Jurassic Coast. Good restaurants and places of interest at nearby historic towns Bridport and Lyme Regis. Lovely beaches close by at West Bay, Seatown, Eype, Charmouth and Lyme Regis. We are approx. 2 miles from Charmouth. The Garden Studio welcomes dogs.
