Get some fresh air on the small patio overlooking a large backyard with beautiful natural surroundings. Indulge yourself in our large jacuzzi tub and toilet bidet! Or get to work using the desk space and high-speed Wi-Fi. And of course, keep energized with the coffee and snacks we provide for you. *Access to the space does require going down a rocky pathway. It is not ADA friendly.

The Crow's Nest is a bright, comfortable studio with a 3/4 bath, sitting area, dining area and its own cable TV. It contains a kitchenette with refrigerator and a counter oven for longer stays. It is a private, lockable studio with its own entrance and its own designated off-street parking space. Laundry facilities are available on site. Centrally located with convenient buses a short walk away and easy highway access. Join us in the comforts of home in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Separate Spacious Studio Apt. w/ Fireplace

Spacious and welcoming, this fully equipped living area features a secure, separate entry off your own garden and patio. The 700 sq. ft. indoor space has a cozy lower lounging/sleeping area with a gas fireplace. All amenities are provided in the adjacent fully equipped kitchen and 3/4 bathroom with tile-lined shower. Recently installed central AC. Privacy and solitude assured with extra measures taken to isolate from the rest of the house. Please, no pets or smokers. Thank you.

Home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The renovated daylight basement offers a full living area, comfortable bedroom, kitchen with many amenities and a exceptional modern bath. Our neighborhood boasts the Burke-Gilman Trail along Lake Washington, express bus to Seattle, several Brew Pubs and a nearby shopping center with a grocery store. We are a short drive away from downtown Seattle, Microsoft, Medical care and area recreation. We are both smoke free and pet free home.

Our space is comfortable and cozy, with lots of natural light, outdoor space for you to enjoy, and close attention to detail. Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.

Enjoy NE Seattle from a Light-Filled Guest Suite

We have a compact but spacious-feeling 1 bedroom apartment that accommodates 4 guests with the addition of a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Open floor plan with the kitchen and living room. It offers a lot of windows and daylight with skylights in the kitchen and shower. We have a lovely west facing balcony that overlooks the the garden and provides territorial sunset views. It offers Northwest/Scandinavian modern design and a clean feel.

Seaside Suite by Mukilteo Beach

Our studio apartment has a private entrance and a private Juliet balcony to enjoy stunning views of Puget Sound. Sleep in comfort on a Tempurpedic bed with adjustable head and foot lift. Additional sofa bed for extra guests. All necessities provided. Private indoor pool with views out to Puget Sound. Many attractions are within a 10 minute walk, including Mukilteo beach, the ferry terminal, the Sounder train to downtown Seattle or Mukilteo town.

Redmond Guest Suite - Spacious and Clean

Convenient and safe neighborhood in Education Hill. Minutes to Microsoft HQ with direct bus access and ~20 mins drive to Seattle. Comfortable bed (memory foam topper) and quiet street for good nights of sleep. Refrigerator, microwave, and electric water kettle included for quick meals (no kitchen). High speed fiber internet + Orbi WiFi Mesh. AC/heat pump. A great place for short-term stay, business trip, or internships.
