In Alburgh, VT, just north of N. Hero, our cottages face Isle LaMotte to the west, with spectacular lake and sunset views. We have 8 cottages on site, so if you don’t see what you need, please ask. Perfect for relaxing, fishing, water sports, golfing, and to use as a home base for fun day trips. Wake up to stunning views of the lake from your private deck, and enjoy the clear starlit sky at night. Dogs are welcome with Owner approval and payment of a Pet Fee per dog per trip, maximum of 2 dogs.

Rockhaven, a romantic getaway is a rare find. Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.

Storybook Cottage in the Champlain Islands

The perfect Champlain Island getaway! Storybook cottage is an enchanting little spot located on “Point of the Tongue” - a narrow strip of land that juts down into Lake Champlain from Canada. One hour north to Montreal, 40 minutes south to Burlington and a short walk to Alburgh Dunes State Park - a hidden treasure! Come in summer to swim, fish, bike, hike and relax in the idyllic surroundings. Come in winter for the magical peace and quiet. Come and write your own story at Storybook Cottage!

WiFi NEWLY ADDED!! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy this lake side cottage situated 60ft from the 105ft of water frontage. Equipped with a 60ft aluminum dock to fulfill your fishing pleasures. Boat launch on premises for small boats (ex: small bass boats). One boat and trailer allowed. Enjoy gorgeous, west facing sunsets most nights on the Adirondack swing or while eating dinner on the spacious deck. Out back enjoy a large area for your recreational desires.

Newly renovated 600 square foot house features a heat pump, WIFI, new flooring fresh paint, and comfortable furniture to kick back and relax in. We have a fully stocked kitchen, a 40 inch TV with Roku, a gas grill and all linens and towels are included. Boat launch and Alburg Sand Beach (the dunes) is about 3 minutes as well. Harborside Market has all the essentials. Explore the local restaurant scene. Visit The North Hero House, Shore Acres or The Blue Paddle for a delicious meal.

Newly constructed centrally located charming cottage with lake views on the east shore of Grand Isle. Step out your front door and enjoy a walk, run or bike ride along the quiet scenic road that winds along Lake Champlain. Includes 5 x 7 lockable cedar storage shed with beach chairs, cooler and room for bikes and extra gear. Offering lake views only, this property is not lakefront. Free public town beach is approximately 2 miles down the road, see last 2 photos in photo tour.

Unwind at this updated 2100 sq ft, 4r bedroom, 2 bath Beach house. Fresh clean water on this private beach, a huge yard for games, and a lakeside fire pit. Features include a modern kitchen, a large dining area, cypress floors, a gas fireplace, and a large deck with gorgeous views to the East. Please be aware, the basement will be occupied by the property caretaker, who has no access to your vacation home, and does not share any amenities with you. All the fun stuff is yours!

Walk in shower with a rain maker and handheld shower head. Full linen service with sheets, towels, extra blankets. Toilet paper, hotel size shampoo / soap. 50 inch smart TV with Chrome cast for streaming. Wifi available, each TV has a digital antenna but reception may vary depending on atmospheric conditions. USB charging ports. central heat / air and 4 ceiling fans to insure adequate air movement. Private beach has shale so we recommend water shoes. No Smoking and no pets
