We are setup to accommodate business and leisure travelers, whether it be for a few days or a few weeks. Great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, groceries, and a gym are all within less than a mile in our walkable neighborhood...you'll come to understand why we feel like we live in a small town within our large and diverse city! Feel free to use our outdoor patio space and gas grill (please request permission in advance to ensure space will be available) We will leave you to enjoy your stay but are always available if you need some directions or recommendations. Tree-lined avenues and historic homes give the area a small town feel. Described as a destination for foodies, architecture buffs, and creative types, there is a glut of great restaurants nearby, and easy access to Downtown and the Energy Corridor. Located within 5 minutes of I-610, I-10, & I-45, you can get most places via car in urban Houston within 20 minutes. Use uber or park your vehicle in front of our home (off-street parking available). There is a great hike and bike trail 1 block from our home and the neighborhood is very walkable.

The Cottage is located directly behind a one story western type brick house and adjacent to a metal garage, which is approximately 50 feet away from the main house. The entire property is centrally located within the 610 N area neighboring the Houston Heights Historian District. And, is close proximity to Houston Downtown and Galleria area with only a 15 to 20 minutes away by car without heavy traffic. We are walking distance to many restaurants, vine bars and grocery stores.

Our garage apartment is on a quiet street in the beautiful neighborhood of Garden Oaks, just north of the Heights. It is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and parks. It is 15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from NRG park and the Medical Center. You’ll love my place because it is brand new (built in 2015), clean, there is plenty of natural light and it has a full kitchen and washer and dryer. This is an ideal location for couples or business travelers.
