Built in 1910, this renovated home gives the feeling of years gone by in a new way. The Smith House, once home to a treasured family of 12, is rich in history & heart. Bring your whole family to a place with lots of room for fun & laughter. Located on a large lot to accommodate outdoor activities, including a fire pit. The park, Nebraska's Big Rodeo, and the town square (where there several dining options) are all within walking distance. The area's main attraction Calamus Reservoir is a short 7 mile drive, offering fun for the entire family.

Welcome to "The Pepper Shed" named after our black lab. This is a unique utility shed with built-in living quarters located next to our family home located along the Cedar River. Beds are located in open loft upstairs and bathroom is located on the ground level. While staying, feel free to make yourself at home with private access to a patio, dog kennel, walk out balcony with full accommodations of Wi-Fi, TV with Roku, washer and dryer, outdoor grill and full kitchen.

Quiet and cozy Cottonwood Cottage in Scotia

Find peace and solitude as you relax and unwind in our quiet neighborhood. Our cottage was enhanced with new flooring, new furniture, and appliances in 2024, and also with a remodeled bathroom. The big front porch is the perfect place for morning coffee or an evening meal. A quiet street with a corn field to the south of the cabin and a grassy meadow on the other side. Just across the meadow is the Scotia Rec Hall with playground equipment.

Grace’s Attic on the Square is located in the Historic Downtown Square in Ord, Nebraska. This 2-bedroom sleeps 7 with Murphy Bed and couch. Includes indoor fireplace, full kitchen, washer and dryer. It is walking distance to the local staples, Carl’s Tavern and Scratchtown Brewery. Less than 30 minutes drive to local attractions such as Calamus Reservoir, Sherman Lake, Fort Hartsuff State Historical Park and Davis Creek Reservoir.
