Our old Tractor Shed has been reborn as a tranquil holiday retreat. An airy, open-plan space with a private outdoor bath and a stunning view. Nestled in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, it is a short drive to the artisan village of Montville, with the stunning Kondallila National Park and hinterland wedding venues nearby. The beach is also only half an hour away. However, settle back and enjoy the views and a complementary gin tasting at Twelve and a Half Acres distillery on our property.

The Studio @ Hardings Farm

Kick back and relax in the calm of the studio, situated on our family farm located in the Glorious hinterland of the sunshine coast. Just ten minutes from the lovely tourist town of Montville and just 20 minutes to some of the finest beaches on the sunshine coast. Enjoy the peace and tranquility, unwind whilst surrounded by the sounds of the bush, birdsong and the gentle sounds of our farm animals. A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.

Belltree Ridge - Private Rural Escape

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.
