We have lovely views of Capstone Hill and plenty of outside dining space.The master bedroom has a balcony accessed via patio doors .The master bedroom and twin have beautiful ensuites a family bathroom is located next door to the bunk room. The apartment has been finished to a very high standard with quality fixtures and fittings,lovely art work and everything you could need for a relaxing break by the sea. Parking close by with permit included for 7 night stays. Well behaved dogs will be considered by request at £15 extra. You have access to the whole apartment.1 other apartment shares the main entrance. I am always available by text or phone and live nearby . You will have key code access to the property on arrival so you can arrive at your leisure. Situated on Ilfracombes oldest and most historic Street, the property is doors away from Thomas Carr’s Michelin star restaurant and a short walk from Tunnels beaches.Take a stroll to the harbour and enjoy one of the many watering holes and eateries Walking around Ilfracombe is the easiest way to get around ....with a few hills! Regular buses will take you to the beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde . Parking can be found just down the road and is readily available throughout the town. We will give you a permit if you are here for the week. The apartment occupies ground and lower ground floor; access via the front door to the bedroom floor of the apartment with a staircase to lower floor to the large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. There is a spacious terrace with table and chairs for al-fresco drinks and dining.

Built with only comfort in mind so you can relax by the warmth of the log fire, read a book or watch TV on the king size bed. This is the place to be still and take in the sunset views, starry night skies and the sound of the river whilst relaxing in the wood fired hot tub with your favourite person.

Riverside - Secluded Waters Edge Cottage On Exmoor

Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.
