Sustead is a small village located within 5 miles of the popular coastal town of Cromer, and within 10 miles of the historic market towns of Holt & Aylsham. The Cartlodge has been designed and decorated to a high standard to provide a sumptuous stylish, bright & cosy place to stay. Nearby are the National Trust properties & parks of Felbrigg & Blickling.

Kingfisher Nook is light and airy with panoramic views of the beautiful Waveney valley. We have private river access for fishing from our garden, scenic walks and cycle rides from the door step, & excellent local pub within 15 min walk. BYO kayak to explore the local river wildlife, or hire our new Hot tub to enjoy the sunset over the valley. Located on Norfolk/Suffolk border, an ideal base to explore the many delights of the region, including beaches, historic villages and numerous attractions

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

Secluded Eco Lodge nestled in a rewilding meadow

Secluded Sunhouse situated at the bottom of a large 2 acre garden. The house is surrounded by a conservation area and there are beautiful walks to the coast from the doorstep. Yet it is only 1/4 mile from a train station & Suffield Arms. The Sunhouse: open plan self contained living space, which comprises of a kitchen diner & Lounge / sleeping area, with a wood burner. There is a bathroom with shower. Depending on the time of year you visit it will be in different stages of growth and bloom.

Self contained, dog friendly, studio with own entrance & garden in a converted Cartshed. There is a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, king size bed from which you can star gaze. The garden has a seating area & Large Gas BBQ for alfresco dining. Overlooking stunning farmland with walks, direct from your stable door. Riverside pubs & village amenities within a mile. In The Broads National Park, close to the North Norfolk Coast, ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers & anyone wanting peace.

Goldfinch: cosy retreat near coast and Sandringham

Detached and self-contained, this cosy, one bedroom annex with rural views is a great coastal base for exploring Norfolk’s beaches, nature reserves, stately homes and seaside towns. Well-equipped kitchen, easy parking, smart tv, double bed and large faux leather sofa bed, bathroom plus separate walk-in shower room and fully-enclosed outside space. Woodland and countryside walks nearby. Sandringham, beaches, golf, local amenities, takeaways, pubs, restaurants and RSPB just a short drive.

Nestled back from the road. Fabulous countryside views. 25 mins to centre of Norwich. 38 mins to North Norfolk Coast. Norwich Airport 12 mins. Tourist attractions and country walks all around. Lovely pubs with food nearby. Golf, fishing and clay pigeon shooting within a few minutes' drive.

The Barrel House

The Barrel house has been lovingly restored to provide a stylish, multifunctional space for Airbnb guests. The vaulted ceiling adds to the feeling of space. All windows are double glazed and a velux roof window allows the daylight to flood in. Outside there is a private patio area with a bistro set for outdoor dining or enjoying sundowners. Nearby is the village shop, popular butchers and local pub. There are plenty of walks to enjoy nearby.

Holiday Cottage in Thornham

East Wing is a lovely coastal cottage nestled in the popular village of Thornham with one or two views over Thornham's salt marshes & out to sea. There is accommodation for up to eight guests with one family bathroom upstairs & a ground floor shower room. The garden is enclosed making it ideal for families & dogs. There is space for parking 4 cars. The sitting room has a lovely wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings.

Oak clad self catering annex

Our annex sleeps up to 5 in 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a single bed. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed. There is a bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs. There is a kitchen but no lounge. There is a tv and a sofa in each bedroom. There is cot on the landing. There is a outside eating area with table and chairs. There is a BBQ and stunning views. There is a large garden which we share with you.

Pumphouse Cottage, named for the Victorian well situated beneath it, is a self contained annexe in picturesque Trunch. It has been recently renovated and has a private courtyard entrance, kitchen/dining area, bathroom, living area, one double bedroom, a spacious private garden, and off street parking. It lies in the North Norfolk Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is only a short distance from the sea.
