It has a nice Florida room that overlooks the fresh water canal or grab a chair and head down to the canal to chill or fish! We are only 11 miles from Punta Gorda airport, about 35 minutes to the beautiful Englewood beach or Boca Grande beach on Gasparilla Island, 40 minutes to Venice Beach, Nokomis, or Manasota Key where you can find shark teeth or only 55 min to the well known Siesta Key Beach!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Only a 0.6 mile walk to the Mineral lake. Fish from the back or use our canoe to take a ride on the water. You will often see manatees and other wildlife. This house is full of windows and natural light for a peaceful vacation in sunny Florida.Recently remodeled and refurnished you will have three bedrooms and two baths but also both couches open to make an extra bed as well. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the lovely back yard.welcome!

Great location! Bring your dog, bring your boat and enjoy the Florida sun in your heated saltwater swimming pool. Fish off your private dock while watching for dolphins or manatee. You can meet the rest of the opacarophiles who walk to the beach to view the sunset. Relax in the jacuzzi with your favorite beverage. NOTE: Beach is sandy but the water is BRACKISH, not clear. This is mostly a retirement neighborhood. This is NOT a party house and not suitable for unattended children.

There are kayaks and canoes on property. First come first serve. There is a boat ramp on property you are welcome to use for boats or kayaks. No smoking and No animals. We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.
