This unit has its own entrance w/ punch code door, full bathroom, large walk-in closet, mini fridge, freezer and microwave. It has one parking spot in the driveway and a washer /dryer. The backyard is shared but the unit has a private patio. Rental is attached to a single family home. (Please note: No full kitchen)

My place is a beautiful new house located in the Hip neighborhood of Davis Sq in Somerville. Conveniently on the bike bath leading to Davis Sq with its T stop and all its great restaurants and bars (15 min walk). 2 Mins walk to the new Green line extension that takes you to Cambridge and Boston. The apartment has one queen size bed with sliding doors opening out to the lawn, a queen pullout couch, granite counter-top complete kitchen including micro and dishwasher, ping-pong table, flat screen TV, home office and bathroom/ shower. The Cottage is in rural Hamilton on the North Shore, just 40 mins from Boston. The property is set in grounds beside Lake Chebacco, with lovely waterfront views of the lake. The Cottage is a tranquil retreat, just a few minutes drive away from Cranes Beach, Ipswich, Cape Ann and many beaches and walking trails. Both Gordon College and Gordon Conwell are under 10 minutes drive away. Popular Salem is just 20 minutes drive away. Off street parking for 1 car. No children <15 due to safety
