Easy access to the beach, paddle board rentals on the weekend right outside your door, walking to Dane Beach, a quick walk to Cabot Street and the cafe's and restaurants nearby. A well equipped wet-bar with fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and tea set ups, and a newly renovated bathroom with heated floors and double shower complete the space. We generally leave guests alone and respect your privacy but can be available if necessary. On the North Shore of Massachusetts, about 26 miles from Boston, Beverly has small-town charm coupled with a city identity. Located close to vibrant Cabot Street in downtown, there are recreation, shopping, and dining options for all tastes. Beverly has excellent access to Route 128 and five commuter rail stations. The house is just a 10-15 minute walk to the Beverly Depot (first Beverly stop on the MBTA commuter rail). It's a bout a 20 minute ride to North Station in Boston.

Ground level. Spacious room with a King Bed and a bonus smroom with a ( twin pull out bed) couch and desk/vanity. The sizeable bathroom is freshly remodeled. Kitchenette has a small sink, refrigerator and microwave. It is in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from a rail trail, route 62, interstate 95 route 1 and route 128. Off Street parking. We are 5 miles to Salem Mass, 44 miles to New Hampshire, 77 miles to the cape cod canal, 19 miles to Boston. We are 4 miles to the Beverly train Station.

Architectural charm in this newly renovated, eco-friendly guest suite, could be a destination in itself with a granite kitchen, open living/dining, large yard, patio, private outdoor fireplace and fountain, and brick courtyard.
