The apartment is part of an 1896 Victorian Duplex. Guests will have the lower apartment space. The space sleeps four. 1 bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Very spacious, kitchen, walk in closet, Newly renovated amazing bathroom made of handmade tile by Airbnb host, W/D, lg yard, wonderful back porch, great books selection, Adobe Oven, WiFi, and lots of free off street parking. Local art on walls. We live upstairs and we will be handy if you need anything or have questions.

Enjoy this home showcasing the best of Minnesota! With close access to trails and beaches within Theodore Wirth Park, a 5 minute walk to two breweries and a coffee shop and 1 mile from the edge of downtown. This ground level unit can be your private oasis. Street parking is easy but no car is necessary - rent bikes, scooters, catch the number 9 bus or uber straight to the heart of it all.

Sweet lower level of a duplex right smack dab in one the coolest neighborhoods in Minneapolis. Entire place is yours (I live upstairs in a separate unit if you need anything). It's less than 3 miles to the big 3: downtown Minneapolis, the University of Minnesota, and Modist Brewing Company. Sleeping arrangements = 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds and a couch that turns into a Twin XL.
