Chardon Loft

Large private 2nd floor studio style living area with queen size bed, couch, table/chairs, TV, refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, NO OVEN OR STOVE TOP, sink, large shower, A/C, heat, washer and dryer, and deck. Wifi internet is provided. The television has Netflix. No cable channels. The furnace is nontraditional. It is not located in a closet. The noise when running and starting will be louder than normal during winter months. Ear plugs are available for those that are noise sensitive.

The Farmer's Cottage

The Farmer's cottage is a cozy one bedroom mid-century farm cottage on 2 acres of land nestled among farm fields and woodlands . It features a queen-sized bed, bath and full custom kitchen along with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. . A park-like yard with a stone fireplace and solar installation awaits. Renovated in 2021, this home's unique industrial touches add to its modern look. The home includes 3 bedrooms, featuring king, queen, and full size beds. There is a futon in the basement and a living room couch that can accommodate two additional people. The home is spacious, offering two areas for people to lounge, one on the first floor and the other in the basement. The basement includes a television, "bar" area, and a workstation.
