Our Little House started its life as a 2-car garage, on the alley behind our home, that we transformed into our vision of a cozy and peaceful retreat. This light filled studio is professionally designed, features art from local artists and designers, and is equipped with heating & AC, making it a very comfortable spot to relax and enjoy Portland. You'll have a fully detached private guest house with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor space and be two blocks away from the vibrant Alberta district.

I live in the Richmond neighborhood & am located 1 block from 37th & Division Street, which is surrounded by great restaurants & shops. My home is a 1910 Bungalow & I’ve owned it for 30 years. It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Please no young children.
