Come stay in our sweet, new guesthouse! This is NOT a basement space. It has a real bedroom (not a studio) & full kitchen. The Silver Star cottage is in our backyard but very separate with its own city lane access. Lots of beautiful wood and a cozy vibe. We are 1 block from the fabulous Alberta Arts St. but far enough away that it's quiet here. Perfect! Walk to shops & restaurants. Also easy to access anywhere in the city. There's a double-sized hide a bed couch in the airy living space.

Little Cedar House Cottage near coffee and shops

5 year old detached guest house in Laurelhurst/North Tabor. Bright and spacious with vaulted cedar ceilings. Modern Industrial style with many eco-friendly features such as mini-split heat/ac, tankless water heater, and all-natural fiber area rugs and linens means fewer toxins and a low carbon footprint. Situated near Laurelhurst and Mount Tabor parks with restaurants and amenities nearby. We are also pet friendly and allow well-behaved dogs on leashes for a $30 fee per dog, per visit.

NE Irving Park Cottage

Irving Park Cottage is designed for your comfort. The space is bright, private, and quiet, with a sunny patio in our garden. It is a separate building in our backyard, built in 2017 with vaulted ceilings, skylights, natural woodwork, heated floors, and air conditioning. It is a clean, modern, pet-free space. It is easy to get to by car and a short trip from the airport with free on-street parking. We are in a walkable, quiet neighborhood near restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and groceries.

Grant Park Guest House

Newly built guesthouse in highly desirable Grant Park. Beautiful and relaxing one level space with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, skylights and lots of natural light. All amenities: high speed internet, washer & dryer, full kitchen, memory foam mattress, TV, and private entrance with patio and cafe set. Easy check out! Location is close to everything: great restaurants, food cart pod, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Grant park, airport, and more! Walk score of 94. Great space for a get away!

Cozy Vintage Cottage in the Woods

The studio cottage is located in an east Portland neighborhood bordering the city of Gresham. It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Please no young children.

The Haseman House

Come stay in our Architectural micro home in NE Portland. Close to Mississippi and everything that NE Williams has to offer. Thoughtfully deigned with many amenities. A great WFH vacation retreat. This little house is located in the back of a main house. The backyard is shared with the main front house. There is only street parking but it is free and typically available. We are close to public transportation and rental bikes as well as an organic grocery store... very walkable.

Rose City Guest House

Light and bright private guesthouse located behind our main house, features hardwood floors, quartz counter tops, heated tile bathroom floor and a beautiful patio to sit and relax on during those gorgeous PDX days! We are located between the Hollywood and Beaumont neighborhoods so there are many restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment hotspots! Close proximity to downtown, the airport, as well as public transportation. Includes access to plenty of on street parking.

Beautiful, spacious one bedroom loft, down the street from the up and coming supper club & restaurant strip on 42nd ave, 5 minutes from the Alberta arts district, 5 minutes from wonderful Fremont street and only 12 minutes from the airport. Tucked into a quiet backyard on one of Portland's bike boulevards, the newly constructed 2 story Alberta Barn has gorgeous large windows, modern fully equipped kitchen, loft bedroom, full bath and a killer record collection!

Built in 2019, the Annex guesthouse is walking distance to the Alberta Art District, University of Oregon (U ofO), Kennedy School, restaurants & specialty bars. Public transportation is near by. 15 minutes from Airport. The Annex is filled with natural light flowing through cathedral windows. Full Kitchen with cooking supplies, utensils, coffee and tea options, Private patio in the garden.

Casa Chica PDX

A mini house in the Rose City Park neighborhood of the City of Roses that will make you feel right at home. Casa Chica is full of natural light, and a short walk away from Portland-caliber coffee, a local brewery, wood-fired pizza, a neighborhood wine shop, two beautiful parks, groceries, and the best Vietnamese food in Portland (in our opinion).
