This private 1 bedroom accessory dwelling unit has a full bathroom, full kitchen, laundry machines, desk/workspace, dining table, and small porch with table and chairs for a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail surrounded by trees. A cute studio apartment in the basement of a newly renovated home. Guests have a private entrance with their own private bathroom. You also have use of a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an honor bar stocked with beer and wine, an arcade style game with over 200 popular titles including Ms. Pac Man, and coffee/tea. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.

There is free street parking near the premises. 15 min drive from downtown DC and great restaurants. If taking public transportation, the house is a 15 min walk from the Fort Totten metro and a bus stop a 1 min walk away. Only a 5 mins walk from Giant grocery store and fast food options.

Union Market Garden Apartment

Just 2.5 blocks to the NoMa Metro and Union Market, a short walk to Union Station, the Capitol and National Mall. The apartment is surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and shops all within a 5 minute walk. This studio apartment has a ground level walkout entrance and access to a shared roof deck, full private kitchen, laundry, queen bed and fold out couch, private entry/bathroom. A bifold door opens out to the back garden.

Located just 1 block from the Stadium-Armory metro (blue, orange, silver lines), we are both close to everything on Capitol Hill and tucked away in a friendly residential neighborhood. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, private entrances in both front and back, your own washer and dryer, fast wifi, and a shared patio space with charcoal grill (just let us know if you’d like to use this so we can show you where it is).

Nicely furnished, high ceilings in 2-level 2-bedroom that's 10 blks to Capitol Hill & 5 blocks to Eastern Market Metro & restaurants/bars; sleeps 4-5; has AC, big TV, Netflix, wifi, modern kitchen & bathroom, hair dryer, iron, shampoo, coffee & snacks. Stairs inside. Parking on street, LMK if need pass but rarely need it. Location is ideal for sightseeing! No printer in the unit.

Top floor Capitol Hill apartment

Top floor apartment in a traditional 130+ y/o townhouse conversion. There are 2 full flights of stairs to enter the unit--we only recommend this space for those with healthy knees that do not travel with large suitcases. The altitude of the home means extra light, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and beautiful Capitol views several months of the year!
